Year 10 Work Experience 2020

Year 10 students will have the opportunity undertake work experience this term in line with the Department of Health's guidelines for COVID-19. This is a highly valued program and students are encouraged to engage in this opportunity.

Students can select ONE week of work experience from Week 5 to Week 9 (Monday 9th November to Friday 11th December). They will need to complete and submit the mandatory paperwork to the Careers Advisor by Wednesday morning the week before their nominated work experience period.

Students will need to research and organise their own placement as part of the job search process. All work experience will be subject to the Department of Education's advice around permitted activities and the employer's provision of a COVID Safety Plan. Students must also ensure they have completed a Ready for Work Certificate and a Workplace Learning Safety Induction Test before commencing their placement.
