Senior students studying mathematics

Preparing for the Higher School Certificate

Year 11 and 12 students follow a curriculum that is determined by the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA). NESA required students to study a minimum of 12 units in Year 11 and 10 units in Year 12. Further information can be found on the NESA Website.

2 Unit Content Endorsed Courses

  • Sports Lifestyle and Recreation Studies
  • Exploring Early Childhood

1 Unit Courses

Selecting these subjects entitles a student to receive an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR). Students must complete the appropriate prerequisite course in order to access these. For more information please see the NESA website.
