Gemini are opening the doors of their state-of-the-art facilities to schools for several on-site tour and information session in Term 3.
Students will get an overview of what is like to be an apprentice and work not just in the automotive industry, but for Gemini who are revolutionising the level of skill, job satisfaction and career development for all employees in their team.
This is certainly something that will be of value to not just students currently interested in the automotive sector, but students interested in any VET pathway options as an exciting and informative eye-opener into career possibility they may not have thought of.
What do apprentices and workers have to say about their experiences with Gemini?
A variety of young apprentices and workers speak of their experiences in the automotive sector and with Gemini and how they have found fulfilment through a VET pathway. This includes Maxine who spoke at a careers event and shared her story of her journey from disengaged student to apprentice, to competitor at the Worldskills games in Russia this year in panelbeating!
